ASCII Grip V2 in the store, with Brook PS2 to PS3/PS4/PC adapter. Hard to find these at a sensible price these days, but they're a very well built controller. This one tested and cleaned. Small white button at the tip swaps the function of the stick between D-pad, left-stick and right-stick.
